With roots firmly planted in the mental health field since 2006, my therapy center, Beachside Therapy in California, has stood as a beacon of hope for those seeking affordable, quality care since 2011. By seeing over 225 clients each week and grossing over $1 million annually, we've proven that accessible mental health services can thrive.

As a certified couples and trauma therapist, I have been inspired by my 27-year relationship to develop a woman-centered coaching method to help women achieve recognition and appreciation in their relationships. My commitment to personal growth is evident in my seven-year psychoanalysis journey, ensuring I'm well-prepared to guide others through their healing processes. 

Surviving breast cancer while earning my doctorate in psychoanalysis taught me resilience and strengthened my resolve to support my clients. I am passionate about helping women transform their mindsets, confront self-doubt, and quiet their inner critic. 

Traveling extensively, with family ties in Ireland, has enriched my understanding and ability to connect with women from various cultural backgrounds. I am an avid cyclist who knows firsthand the significance of physical activity for maintaining mental and emotional well-being. 

Incorporating breathwork and meditation into my daily routine helps me stay centered, bringing peace and happiness to life's chaos. These practices are fundamental to my approach, guiding women toward emotional healing and personal growth in a safe, nurturing community.
