

I know what it feels like to struggle in an intimate relationship. In my late 20s, I was dating my perfect mate, but I felt insecure and unworthy. My feelings scared me and the more I attached I became, the more fear ruled my life. I became someone I didn't recognize.
After five years, I was left... heartbroken and devastated.

Like so many of you, I just wanted to feel safe and loved for who I was, not some distorted idea of who I should be, but I didn't know how to get there.
It wasn't until many years later that I became a psychoanalyst, but I wish I had been able to take a course like this when I was in my 20s. I might not still be with my first love, but I wouldn't have been so scared and insecure. I would have been able to bring the same success to my relationship as I did to my career.
This is why I developed this program. I want women to feel empowered in their love relationships without compromising their success and self-worth.
30 years on...
I am married and have been with my love for 27 years. I am the CEO of a prosperous mental health center in Ventura.
And now, I am helping successful women like you experience love that feels aligned with who you are now, not who you thought you had to be, to hold onto love.
I believe that
everyone deserves to be loved and to feel deeply connected to their lover.
Unfortunately, so many people come to me when they are in crisis and by then it's 10x harder to get them grounded enough to look at the ways they can grow in their relationship.
They are in survival mode, not thriving mode. It's not too late to grow into the woman you want to be in your relationship, but it requires a genuine commitment to stretching beyond your comfort zone (survival) into a growth mindset (thriving).

When you work with me, you are not only working with a trained psychoanalyst and couples therapist in a coaching environment, but you are working with someone who has spent the last 25 years studying women in relationships and how even powerhouse executive women often take a back seat in their romantic relationships.
And believe me, it's not about getting your partner to change, or learning new skills, or finding a better way to communicate. While skills are part of the training, it's fundamentally about removing the invisible barriers that affect how you feel about yourself, your partner, your role in the relationship, and how this self-concept (state of mind) impacts every interaction and every decision you make. Those barriers also stop us from growing and learning.
Do you know, for example, that women are 90% more likely to blame themselves for what goes on in a relationship than are men? Yes. That's because we have been told over and over again, since we were little, that men are superior to women, and sadly, a lot of women believe it.

The growth container we will create is where you, with other women, can share your experiences, learn from each other, and transform into the woman you dream of being, while increasing your connection with your partner, husband, wife, or spouse.

We will tackle the most significant anxiety most of us face: If we are our authentic selves, we will end up alone.

Join us for these Live weekly sessions
Each week, we will meet for two hours and focus specifically on a topic that will help you expand on your own knowledge and experiences while becoming more emotionally strong and self-confident.
And every two weeks, we will have a live Q&A where you can have your questions answered.
You will also learn skills and ways to communicate about hard-to-approach subjects, including behavior changes, sexual discrepancies, and many subjects we are afraid to discuss.

Work at your own pace
If you miss a session, you can also watch the recording, so if you can't attend in person, you won't miss out. You will also be given small "growth mind" tasks to complete, which will prove to you that you are making a shift. And if you have bought the additional personal coaching, you will have an hour per week to work with me.

I am a dog lover and an avid cyclist.
I have four dogs: two Briards and two Shelties.
I have cycled in Mallorca, California, Canada, and Ireland.
I was born in Co. Kerry, Ireland (hence the name) and raised in Montreal, Canada. I won my US green card in the lottery and moved to the US.
I went on to become an entertainment reporter and weather anchor in Cleveland and later in Las Vegas.
I was "live" on the red carpet for two Oscar ceremonies, the SAG awards, and the Emmys.
I love living by the ocean, here in Nova Scotia.
I make a mean "orange chicken" in an air fryer.
I love watching women stretch out of their comfort zone and discover just how great it is!
